Who can attend an AVETHUNT outing?
- Active Military, Veterans and First Responders are eligible to apply for any outing
Do I need to bring my own hunting equipment?
- Appropriate clothing for the activity is required by the Hunter. AVETHUNT can assist with firearms or fishing equipment.
Does AVETHUNT pay for licensing for attendees?
- Appropriate licensing is required by the hunter. Financial opportunities can be offered in some cases.
Does VETHUNT provide Lodging and Food?
- Yes, our outings include lodging and Food. The outdoorsman is also welcome to bring any snacks needed.
How does AVETHUNT verify my military status?
- When registering, you are required to provide a copy of your Active Military or First Responder ID or DD214 for veterans.
